Our relationship with ARS has grown over the past several years. Last year we happily entered into your Priority Service Agreement.
I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you that the service we receive from ARS continues to be outstanding and, in my opinion, above your industry standards. Noting the incredible year we have all gone through, from winter storms, to flooding to a tornado in Western, MA and then a freak winter storm in October, the service we received from ARS was commendable.
Greatly appreciated are the daily reports that we receive from the staff updating us on the claim status and repairs. We do not receive this service from any other restoration company. The notes are always thorough and current.
I would be remiss if I did not mention the great service and contact we have with Lynn [Boivin]. I always know that I can contact Lynn at any time with questions or concerns and she is right there to help.

The workers that came to my house did everything very well. They were great guys and they were very considerate of me. I didn't have to worry about anything, and they didn't dirty up my house! It's nice not having to look at bare pipes in my foyer anymore! They went above and beyond.

There was an emergency situation where there were holes from a limb that fell on my parents’ roof. ARS was responsive in a matter of hours, and I was very thankful for it because it was not during business hours that the holes were found.
