The fitness center at Chestnut Pointe will be temporarily CLOSED on Friday, February 17th from the hours of 8 a.m. to Noon.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The fitness center will re-open promptly after it has been cleaned.

2012 Snow Season

Well, we did it! We survived our first snow fall in 2012 at Chestnut Pointe. Our residents have done a fantastic job of understanding how we treat snow in the community and your patience and cooperation is appreciated!

A few tips to continue successful snow removal are:

* Please move your vehicle into overflow parking so that we can plow your parking space.

* Remove front door mats prior to the storm.

* Contact the Leasing Office to report any trouble spots on the property.

If you are looking for a way to keep your vehicle covered during the cold winter months, don't forget to contact the Leasing Office about detached garages that may be available to rent!

Currently, we have one garage located in the 400 building that you may want to use during the upcoming winter storms or for extra storage space. Call the Leasing Office at (610)-792-2692 to find out more detailed information about garage leases.

Brrr….It’s Getting Cold Outside!

As you all know, the temperatures are starting to drop and we are finally getting the signs of winter.

We would like to take this time to remind all of our residents to leave your heat set at a minimum of 55 degrees while you are not home or you are in the home. We ask that you keep your temperature at this minimum to prevent frozen pipes within your building.

If you are looking for a great way to save money in your home, keep your heat set low and use your gas fireplace. Your fireplace not only provides you with a beautiful focal point in your home, but keeps you warm!

Holiday Decor

Now that we are in 2012 and the holiday season has passed, we kindly ask that all of our residents have the exterior holiday decor removed by January 14th.

Holiday Office Hours

The Leasing Office will be open on December 24th from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.  The office will be CLOSED on December 25th and will re-open on Monday at 9 a.m.
