St. Patrick’s Day Parade

Lt. Governor Jim Cawley will serve as Grand Marshall of Bucks County's St. Patrick's Day Parade through Levittown on March 10th. The parade will begin at 10:30 a.m. outside the St. Joseph the Worker Church in Falls Twp. located on New Falls Road.

Brownie Day – Thursday, December 8th

Verizon FIOS is sponsoring a "Resident Appreciation Day" with a treat and holiday themed prize basket in celebration of the sweetest of occasions. HVAC Filter Change

On Thursday, November 17th, our maintenance technicians will be installing a new filter for your heating and A/C unit. Please unlock your heater closet door and remove all items stored in front of the HVAC unit. It will not be necessary for maintenance to enter your apartment or for you to be home for the filter installation.
