Holiday Hours

Our office will have limited or no office hours on the following days:

December 24, 2011- Office will close at 2:00 p.m.
December 31, 2011- Office will close at 2:00 p.m.

Lost Keys!

A resident stopped by our office to report they lost their car keys. If anyone has found a set of keys in the parking lots or courtyards of building H,J,or K, please bring them to the Leasing Office.

Snow Removal Policy

Dear Residents:

With several residents each year choosing to make Regency Woods their new home, I felt it necessary to review our snow removal policy.

Our approach to snow removal is aggressive. With each onset of a "snow event", the maintenance team will begin the process of clearing snow from the community. Our snow removal priorities are:

- Community Entrance Areas.
- Main Roadway.
- Resident Parking Areas.

(If possible, please move your vehicles to a cleared parking spot to assist us with clearing snow from the parking areas.)

PLEASE MAKE SURE WELCOME MATS, POTTED PLANTS AND NEWSPAPERS ARE CLEARED FROM THE SIDEWALK AREAS IN FRONT OF YOUR APARTMENT DOOR.

Our snow equipment will damage these items which we will not be responsible for in the event snow has covered the sidewalk. We ask that you assist yourselves by recognizing the need to wear proper cold weather footwear and be conscious of the fact that ice may form overnight. Please report to our office any areas of the community that need some additional salting.
