Walnut Crossing Takes Home AAGP Awards!

The staff at Walnut Crossing Apartments is proud to announce that the apartment community has won awards in the Overall Community Excellence, Leasing and Maintenance Excellence categories in the 2011 Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia’s “Best In Apartment Living” Awards program. Most importantly, Walnut Crossing Apartments achieved top-ranking in the Top 10 Communities of the Year competition in the entire Greater Philadelphia region, proudly earning a second place ranking.

Walnut Crossing Apartments is owned and managed by The Klein Company and has been participating in AAGP’s “Best In Apartment Living” Awards program for over 20 years, and has earned over 47 awards in various categories during this time.

Located in Royersford, Walnut Crossing Apartments has 260, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom, 2 story town homes. Some of the features include a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, children’s playground and a new, state-of-the-art fitness center.

This awards program is for members only of the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia, a local affiliate of the National Apartment Association. It was established in an effort to recognize those properties and individuals within the Greater Philadelphia Apartment industry who have exhibited excellence and professionalism. Industry experts are brought in from out of state to professionally judge all of the properties. Categories for the awards include: Curb Appeal, Leasing, Maintenance, Marketing Brochure Design, Website Design, Community Service, and Overall Community Excellence.

The Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia is a non-profit trade organization representing multi-family owners, managers and developers in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.  AAGP serves the multi-family housing industry by providing a forum to utilize and share collective strengths of its members to provide educational, public relations and governmental affairs related to services that enhance the opportunity for quality rental housing.

Walnut Crossing Gets 2nd Place Out Of Top Ten Communities!

On September 15, 2011, the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia (AAGP) hosted the “Best of Apartment Living Awards” honoring the achievements of various apartment communities for their Excellence in leasing, maintenance and community appeal. Out of all the participating communities, Walnut Crossing was awarded 2nd Place out of the TOP TEN Communities of Greater Philadelphia!
