Pool Opening May 26th!

Spring is finally here so don't forget to stop by the Leasing Office and pick up your pool passes! Guest passes are also available ($10/adult & 5/child, under the age of 13) per visit.

In order to have a fun & safe summer, please follow these rules:

1. Use the pool at your own risk.
2. Proper swim attire is required.
3. Children under the age of 13 should be accompanied by an adult.
4. POOL HOURS: 11 a.m.-8 p.m. (NO LATER.)

Exterminator

Just a reminder:

The exterminator comes out every Tuesday. If your apartment is in need to be exterminated, please call the Leasing Office and we'll put your request into our Pest Control Log.

Drive Slow

Now that the weather is getting warmer the children of our community are starting to come out to play more frequently. We ask that you please drive carefully. Stop completely at the stop signs and slow down at the speed bumps. Help keep our community safe!

Disposing of Cigarettes

Residents:

(This message is referring to our residents that smoke cigarettes.)

We ask that you please extinguish your cigarettes in a sand bucket on your balcony. There is a possibility your cigarette may start a fire if it lands on the mulch. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Pool Rules

Memorial Day is sneaking up on us and that means our beautiful outdoor pool will be opening up sooner than you think! Please remember these rules so you can have a safe and enjoyable summer:

-The pool opens on May 26th, 2012 (Memorial Day. The pool hours are from 11 am-8pm (NO LATER!)

-Pick up your pool passes at the Leasing Office. Guest passes are also available at the Leasing Office: $10/Adult, $5/Children under the age of 13, per visit.

-Children under the age of 14 need to be accompanied by an adult.

-No children under the age of 14 in the hot tub.

-Babies need to wear "Little Swimmers". Absolutely no diapers!
