Tennis Anyone?

Have a phenom at home or one in the making?

Hunters Chase has two beautiful tennis courts. Why not take advantage? Tennis instruction is available for your 6-16 year old beginner to intermediate. The Evesham Department of Recreation is offering a tennis clinic.

Fee is $70 per person.

Program runs for 8 weeks, beginning April 11th.

The highly anticipated new Fitness Center equipment has arrived!

Come check out your Fitness Center and you'll find 2 new treadmills and an elliptical machine as well as the first of two new flat screen televisions have been installed.

Preventative Maintenance 02/17/2012 9:00am to 12:00pm

It is time for our winter preventative maintenance program to begin.

Someone for our maintenance staff will enter apartments in buildings 17-18 in order to replace the filter in your heating, ventilating & air conditioning (HVAC) unit. You’ll be happy to know that a clean filter reduces your heating & air conditioning expenses.

We kindly ask that prior to this date you clear your utility closet of any items that are blocking access to the central heating & air conditioning unit.

Please be reminded that storage of combustible materials in your utility closet such as boxes, paper, etc. is in violation of Fire Codes. Please never store such items in your utility closet!

Smoke detectors/CO detectors will also be checked and batteries will be replaced as needed.

We cannot agree to schedule an appointment, so please be ready by the above date and time frame. This program is mandatory. If you have a pet, please have someone be present or cage them or remove them from the apartment for this time period.
