Pressure Washing and Painting

To: Residents of Buildings 1 & 2, All Modules

Dear Valued Residents,
Please be aware that starting on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 we will begin pressure washing the sidewalks and curbs around your apartment. This project should take most of the day. Please remove any of your personal items located in these areas in order to avoid damage. The brown floors in each atrium will be painted shortly after.

We ask that you please use caution when entering and leaving your homes as this will semi-restrict access for a few hours. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we continue to make Jacaranda Village a clean and pleasant place that you are proud to call home!

Carpet Replacement in Elevator Areas

We are in the process of scheduling carpet replacement for the elevator areas in buildings 2 and 8. Please pardon our appearance while we improve and stay tuned for upgrade.

Atrium Floors to be Painted

The atrium floors are scheduled to be painted beginning the week of April 23rd, 2012. We will send notifications 12 hours in advanced to each building. Please use caution when entering and leaving your homes as this will semi-restrict access for a few hours.
