CHOOSE YOUR NEIGHBORS! We would like to remind everyone that by referring a new resident to Pembroke Cove, not only do you get to choose your neighbors, we will PAY YOU for it! Resident Referral Fee is $50.00 and payable to you when the new resident moves in!

Yard Sale!

As part of our clubhouse and model renovations we will be replacing all of the furnishings in the clubhouse and the models. Most of the original items have been liquidated, but there are still a few things remaining! Please feel free to stop by the clubhouse to see if there are any items that you may want to purchase…bargains galore!!

Fitness Center/Playground Update

The Fitness Center at Pembroke Cove is expected to be fully operational on Saturday, April 28, 2012. We've been waiting for parts to arrive and now installation is scheduled on 4/27/12. Thank you for your patience.

Our Playground is being upgraded and construction will start the 2nd week in May. During construction the playground will be closed. Charcoal barbeque grills will be installed next to the playground just in time for the summer!

New Playground & Picnic Area

Dear Residents!

We are thrilled to announce that we will be completely renovating the existing playground! We will be replacing ALL of the equipment and adding a shade structure to help keep the kiddies cool in the hot summer sun.  Additionally, we are going to be reducing the footprint of the entire area and adding new grass, picnic tables and charcoal grills in the rear portion of the existing space.

All of the equipment has been ordered and we anticipate the entire project to be completed with the next 60 days! As soon as we get the artist' renderings, we will post them so that you can see what we have in store for this very special area!

Upcoming Resident Function

Dear Residents of Pembroke Cove!

We are excited to announce our next resident function. This will be really fun as it is something that literally everyone on the property can participate in! We plan to have a Spring Cleaning Community Garage/Driveway sale sometime in March. This will be a great opportunity to do some reverse-hoarding, clean your garage and make some money! We will provide tables for everyone, entertainment by DJ Danny and a hotdog & pretzel vendor cart in front of the Clubhouse!

We will follow up with more specific details as the time comes closer. Thank you all for your residency at Pembroke Cove!

Parking & Fire Lanes

Dear Residents!

As our much-desired community continues to be almost completely full, parking has once again become an issue. We are working with several contracting companies to assess the feasibility of adding additional parking spaces where it is possible.

This, however, is going to take time. We once again need to remind everyone that your garage is not to be used for storage, it is for a vehicle. Please refer to your residential Lease Agreement, Rules & Regs, Paragraph 17.

If your garage is full of stored items, we ask that you please move these items elsewhere and use your garage for your vehicle. This will greatly reduce the amount of street parking that is taking place. Please be aware that within the next few weeks, we will be adding additional Fire Lanes throughout the property. Parking in these Fire Lanes is obviously going to be prohibited. Please do not risk having your car towed! Please make sure you are utilizing your garage for what it was intended.

Your compliance with this community regulation is greatly appreciated and thank you all for choosing Pembroke Cove to be the place that you are proud to call home!
